Processing Fees - Non-Refundable

Processing fees are non-refundable once the loan application is initiated and processed, regardless of loan approval or rejection status.

Processing fees cover administrative costs, credit assessment, document verification, and other operational expenses incurred during the loan application process.

1. Processing Fees Policy

1.1 Non-Refundable Nature

Processing fees charged at the time of loan application are non-refundable under the following circumstances:

  • Loan application is rejected after credit assessment
  • Applicant withdraws the loan application after submission
  • Loan is approved but applicant decides not to avail the loan
  • Any other reason for non-disbursement of the loan

1.2 Purpose of Processing Fees

Processing fees are charged to cover costs associated with:

  • Credit assessment and evaluation
  • Document verification and processing
  • Administrative and operational expenses
  • Credit bureau checks and reporting

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be processed only in the following exceptional circumstances:

2.1 Duplicate Technical Transactions

If processing fees are charged multiple times due to technical errors, system glitches, or duplicate transactions, the excess amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days after verification.

2.2 Over-Payments

If an applicant pays more than the required processing fee amount due to calculation errors or system issues, the excess amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days after verification.

2.3 Service Not Provided

If processing fees are collected but the loan application is not processed at all due to system failures or our inability to provide the service, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

3. Refund Process and Timeline

3.1 Refund Request

To request a refund (only for eligible scenarios), please contact us with:

  • Loan application reference number
  • Transaction ID and payment proof
  • Reason for refund request
  • Bank account details for refund (if applicable)

3.2 Processing Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after:

  • Verification of the refund request
  • Confirmation of eligibility for refund
  • Completion of necessary documentation

3.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original transaction, or to the bank account provided by the applicant, as applicable.

4. Loan Cancellation

4.1 Pre-Disbursement Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your loan application before disbursement, you may do so by contacting us. However, processing fees already paid will not be refunded.

4.2 Post-Disbursement

Once a loan is disbursed, cancellation is not applicable. You will be required to repay the loan as per the agreed terms and conditions, including principal, interest, and other applicable charges.
